Your travel can be made more enjoyable for you and for those back home by following a few helpful guidelines. Here are a few of Flo’s Travel Tips that will help you plan a worry-free vacation.

• Allow plenty of time to secure your passport if your trip requires that you have a passport
• Prior to your departure, read about the areas that you will be visiting (unless; of course, you have chosen one of our Mystery Tours)
• Leave a copy of your itinerary with a trusted family member or friend
• Leave a duplicate house key with a trusted family member or friend who will check your house each day
• Be sure to pack an adequate supply of your necessary medications in your carry-on luggage or purse
• Minimize the cash you carry by using traveler’s checks or a credit card
• Plan to get – and get – a full night’s rest before leaving
